Don't use aftermarket quad coolant pipe o-rings. They will make you question your sanity when the clutch cover won't go on up to and including pulling the oil pump gear back off to make sure.

Arrow's pump #81 cable rigged and bled after filling the oil tank with Blue Marble. Frank B came over and once again we got after it. We had to put my factory Yamaha 29L oil pump cable in the custom cable splitter and add some waters under the barrel where it goes into the clutch cover to get the throw right and the cables rigged correctly.

Stato-seals installed on the Haase fabricated R5 banjo bolts and modified intake. New Yamaha oil lines with proper clips installed.

H2 750 Triple throttle lock with a jam nut re-purposed for a new life as a throttle stop for the modified throttle cable housing per M in SC. #16 numbered bit for a 4.3 MM hole. Threads cut with a 5MM x .80 tap.

1.5 quarts of Walmarts finest type F ATF in the transmission for initial run-up. The coolant hose that runs from the top of the radiator to the fitting on the head is too short because it was trimmed to fit the previous iteration RZ motor with a thermostat housing.Further research revealed my Amazon radiator purchased a couple years ago is in fact a GPI Racing over-size radiator with an advertised 40% increase in cooiing capacity.

I am one hose and a set of pipes away from being ready to load the Gray Ghost on the trailer for the trip to the House of Haase for him to work his magic setting up the Zeel for the 421, jetting the PWK35s and other assorted shenanigans and mayhem. Lo and behold Wicked Motorsports shipped the pipes today via 3 day select UPS. ETA 27 OCT.
