There are some things about that yellow bike that raise a few questions. It seems to be a Euro 77 RD400D model based on the wheels, tank, speedo, livery, seat, and footrests...but the serial number says it's a USA D model.

Nice looking clean bike though. Broken seat trim and missing the caliper badges

That's what I meant by odd, if were trying to misrepresent would have outright said 77 European model etc. Looks like they did little research saw pic of a 78 saw seat, livery was the same and the metric gauge, settled on that must be. They don't look like the kind of outfit that would misrepresent something and certainly don't need to for money. Obviously have good reputation for people to trust them with very expensive stuff.
