How do you get those Damn Dampers in the top of the Fins

Got some replacement Dampers for the top RD fins.

Braking my thumb trying to get them in.
Tried heating a little bit, but did not help much.

Anyone have a good way?

WD40 and a rubber mallet. At least that is how I do it.
