I saw that video before.
Overall a lovely bike and nice built but some details are not my cup of tea(mirrors and number plate position). But credits to the guy who built it, well done.

Yes, I agree. A longer seat/ tail and a conventional license plate/ tail light setup would
be my preference. But a very nice (and expensive) build for sure.

I love it, too. I recognize the Motolanna swingarm, and I think I saw Ceriani on the fork leg. Nice stuff. Does anyone know if the humped seat on the "before" pictured bike was OEM? It had torque induction printed on it, and I'm wondering if it's a stock seat from another market.

That's an italian made Giuliari seat. Aftermarket product which was available for every type of motorcycle back in the 70tees and 80tees. Came in various types for RD's.
And yes, it looks like a Ceriani fork. There are a few companies in Europe who produce replicas of the Ceriani forks
