The Gray Ghost only needs a rear.

I dug the body jack out of my old Subaru  that I am fixing to scrap as I don't trust hydraulic for anything I will be leaving unattended. I put jack stands under the swing arm as well.

The White RZ needs two new shoes. Since it has a center stand I got the rear off first and used my Venom stand with triple tree adapter for the first time with two mechanical jacks as a backup.

This is my first time using a wheel stand like this one. I have had it for years. It was easy to install with the bike on the center stand but I don't think it would it would be possible for me to put it under the front end of a bike with a side stand only. I think it will be handy for cleaning a front wheel.

New BT46 installed. Chain scrubbed, re-lubed and adjusted. Wheel cleaned up. All back together. One down and the two on the White RZ to go.

New shoes done on White RZ. Still have to scrub
the chain good and lube it and then clean up the wheels.

Rode about 60 miles today. 20x3 of the same little loop through the Shenandoah Valley. Scrubbed the new off the BT46s and gave the air-cooled a good thrashing as well. All 3 ran perfect.
