Looking forward to this clutch install take lots of pictures .

I finally got the clutch cover, it was the hardest part to find. The resin replicas are easy to come by but not these. Waiting on some parts to get the oil pump mounted, it's not the same bolt pattern as the water pump of course. Next hurdle is making a longer input shaft for the oil pump.

Finally got this thing together. It took quite a bit of massaging of several parts to get it all to work. I'm running an oil pump in place of the water pump for now. Waiting for a couple bits to get the top end all finished up.

I have friction plates for a dry clutch if you need 'em: 3YL-16321-01 and 3AK-16321-00, NOS still in their little bags.

Thanks, I have a stack of them.

I would be interested in a breakdown of what you had to buy (it's cost) and modify.  I'm thinking this might be a good upgrade to my racing RD400.  I've only seen one other RD400 with a dry clutch and that was at Barber.
