Bill, My builds use the Quicksilver synthetic on pump or premix at 40:!
Walmart special and is killer oil for $32 a gallon out the door with sales tax!

Yea no shit on the paint. Almost there side covers done and on the bike.
Tank should be done early next week.

I have 1300 miles and yes looked to me exactly like they did when you put it together.
And I hand 3gallons of that oil. It is all that went through it.

Very informative Chuck! I don't want to but I'm at around 1500 miles on my top end. Once the bikes back.together and I hit 3k, maybe I can make a follow up post to this to compare.

Chuck, do you drill the Wiseco recommended oil relief hole at the exhaust bridge? Cause... uh I didn't. A friend asked me if I did as per the Wiseco instructions and I laughed nervously.

Matt, No bridge exhaust port in an RD air cooled engine...not even in a RZ/Banshee cylinder... so no need to drill holes in the piston skirt!
You pulled that one off by making faces at him as he's dummer than you....

That's what seemed funny to me when he asked. I was like wait... what? It's just like you said before Chuck, so much misinformation gets strewn about its hard to get things right. Just goes to show I need to research more and take what people say with a grain of salt.
