Do you have the side covers? They are highly sought after.

A good fuel tank is worth quite a bit. They tend to rust through (ethanol fuel & water) at the lowest back corners.

That is one sad looking Ascot. Not sure that I'd believe the engine rebuild story.

It still can be modified towards a nice street tracker. 38-41 mm conventional forks and maybe a chain drive conversion? If the output shaft spins in the right direction.
