Wow, that's very yellow. I wonder if it is just the pic that makes the tail not match.
I'm not sure why they would call that a race bike on the street though.

Pretty sure they are Allspeeds, "small can" version. Maybe known as "Gibson's" nowadays.
Higgspeed look very similar, but have a smaller OD at the silencer (no neck), and also larger diameter headpipes. Neither are tapered. I believe most reckon Allspeeds are better than Higgspeed.

I did wonder if it was one or the other of those, on a UK bike always a good bet.
