This is I believe where the brake torque arm is fitted.  Will this be an issue and if so any suggestions?

Thanks,
Karen

It's the mount rear brake caliper mount right? I only own RD350s.

Scuff it up, JB weld it, clean it up and put a flange bolt on it.
Do not underestimate the power of a two-stroke.

Well, I was right, I have two of them. But they are both like that. Don't know if that's a manufacturing defect of what, but I don't think I'd worry about it.

Ok well hopefully it was a wear issue because I already fixed it.  I really hope it wasnt supposed to be like that.  ;D  i scuffed it up as suggested, rolled up a small piece of paper, and rolled a piece of parchment paper around that and stuck them in the hole.  Then I clamped the piece down and filled the worn part with JB Weld.  It worked beautifully, I won't have to sand it hardly at all.  Thanks for your help all.
