The guy seems to be a sleazy dealer who's been spamming CL for a few years. He has tons of ads, many for the same vehicle, and he recently started a bunch of ads stating that he wants to trade his motorcycle for your car (like this listing). That 86 RZ has been for sale forever!
I wouldn't touch anything he's offering no matter how nice it may be.
