Foam was just ebay purchase, do not remember who from. Cover was a recent ebay purchase which was one of the reasonable ones listed. It was way way to "short" to wrap around stock foam, so I cut foam down probably 2-3 inches and attached with stock hardware.

Looks great. I like the Black rims and was thinking to go that way on at least 1 rim set coming up. I have 3-4 sets of spoked wheels and all are rusty and a brand-new set of spokes. My local media blast and Powdercoat guy says he can blast off the rusty/peeling chrome and powder them for me. I also have several sets of OEM header pipes in bad shape and was thinking to have them blasted clean and paint over with VH-1 or similar hi-temp paint. What did you do to yours to get that look?

The local chrome shop stripped the wheels, and they are chassis black powdercoat. The headers are cerakote high heat silver, supposed to be good to 1800 degrees. That kind of cerakote is air dry, even though I have the powdercoat oven did not use it for the cerakote, we will see how it holds up. I will be doing the exhaust the same to see how i like it.
