there's a few red flags here. but, overall I think k its a decent base but id redo everything.  if i was in the market I might pay 1800. The angle of everything looks strange to me. Maybe its just the camera positioning of the photo. Fairing looks but what's that black slot where the headlight is?

Track bike? Nothing is lockwired and that fairing will foul on your wrists when turned. Instant scrutineering fail.

Yeah, I saw that one the other day.  Could definitely be fixed up properly, but not for his asking price.  At least not by me.
