I found that in the search. Printed it out and going to the shop to get busy with that.

Thanks guys!

You can always just buy r5 carbs. Just need to make an inlet for the oil injection or just run premix. If you decide to do the dave f mod, just order the parts from John at Economy Cycle and convert over. Your jetting on your main jet will drop a lot from from the 210-220 range to 170-180 (totally depending on your mods and performance parts).
Do not underestimate the power of a two-stroke.

Update.
I printed the info out. Drilled out the brass ball cover. Drilled the air jet to the 5/16"/2mm hole but the jets won't come out. My understanding is that you drill them out to the 2mm to get them out? Right?
The photos are just of the brass ball cover being removed.

As for jets. I have an account  with Treats. So that saves some money. But the needle and needle jet are coming from JetRUs.

I would recommend spending a little more for genuine Mikuni jets :twocents:

no. you drill it out to 2mm. thats it. or, 5/32". if ypu want you can tap it to 4mm an fit a threaded 2mm air jet, but a metered hole is the goal. make sure you have the po jet tubes and 5dp7 needles or the mod won't work
