Chance to pick up a Suzuki S32 Olympian locally

This has come up for sale 25 miles away from here, a 1966 Suzuki S32 Olympian. Missing a lot of parts so probably a money pit I am never likely to finish reviving. No title, no key, etc.

Yay or nay?

Anybody have a seat or side panels for one of these?

I suspect so. Pretty sure those Vise grips are made of Unobtainium  :cool:
