Had one back in the day, broke the frame jumping it. They weren't built very well, and I was a skinny kid to boot.

The billet brackets are $395.00 each. They come with 3D printed UV resistant orange plastic turn signal arrows and red stop light and high beam bulbs. They are available as a stock replacement or with the 2 added accessory mounting hole.

I'm still working on the price. I'll have an answer soon

Here's the first OEM replacement bracket for the  73' - 75' RD250/350

I finally got around to getting this project rolling. The stock brackets are hard to find not cracked from wrecks. I am having these made from 6061 T6 aluminum. The one in the picture has two added drilled and tapped holes to mount accessories like EGT gauges, camera mounts, cell phones, etc. I will also have stock replacements available without the extra holes. I don't have a price yet but I'm just gauging feedback to see if anyone would be interested in these?

Interesting, do you know when or what years these were different? I was guessing that all 73-75 RD's were essentially the same

SoCal is correct! I went through this in my gauge restoration project. I have a few covers, including a NOS one with the older location of the reset switch.

Can you expound a little on the older location of the rest switch?

Thanks guys, I'm not sure what these rounded edge ones are for but they were listed as RD 250 / 350 part numbers.
#11
When I look up part numbers sometimes conflicting information comes up.  For example, I see a 360-83507-00-00 and also 360-83507-01-00 as well.  Were these the same parts?

Evidently something is different, so all 250's and 350's had the square edge covers?
#13
I was shopping for some new covers to replaced my beat up 75' RD350 gauges that were on the bike when I got it. I found some on Ebay and i didn't notice the difference in the photos. The ones on my 350 have squared off edges while the ones I bought have a rounded edge. Was this for an earlier or later model bike?

Thanks for the observation, I want to get this as close as possible to the original. I measured the one I had access to with dial calipers to get the length, width, and font height.   I want to study the photo you sent more closely to make sure the spacing and fonts line up like the original.

Again, thanks for all your help. This is a small detail but I'm wanting to build as as close to showroom floor reproduction as possible.

I see that I did leave out a line, thanks for catching that.

Odd that your bike #001528 was built 1-79 and the one I was looking at was 001949 built 12-78  Go figure that one out....:umm:
