Pretty rare in the States, don't think I've ever seen one before!
Appears to be a similar engine (or maybe even the same) as the Freccia C9 (https://www.2strokeworld.net/forum/index.php?topic=4135.msg35766#msg35766) and early Mito.
I would think that 8-digit VIN would cause some issues with titling/reg. It's a moot point for us in Calif as this one would be a no-go due to mileage.
