RD350 PC-USB programmer

If the Handheld zeel programmer works for both RD and RZ (VCDI04 and PVCDI10),  then the PC-USB programmer which is for PVCDI10 also ought to work with VCDI04? Would really like to see the workings on my laptop screen if somehow possible.If this doesnt work is there any another way one can do this?

it doesn't. I have a usb cable for one, not applicable for the 04 units. make a spreadsheet and plot the graph.
