Anyone from here planning on making it to the ride and show?
I plan to be there. Not sure about the ride. Depending on
where the ride goes, and how far. Wolf Cr. is more or less
45 miles from my home. 6:00AM load trailer, 7:00 leave house.
Unload @ Wolf, and be ready by 9:00....... note to self, bring
extra coffee...

I am considering attending this event coming from Northern California. I would love to attend the ride on Saturday but probably would drive up Saturday, stay in a hotel, then attend the Sunday event. Bringing 3 of my bikes and 2 of Julian's.

I spoke to John (Santa Cruz Daytona and RZ350) yesterday. He has been to a few of these events and will probably attend though without motorcycles this year unfortunately.

Where is the Saturday ride starting / going / ending.
Guessing it is Angeles Crest area, but, could it be the Rock Store?
How about an attendance estimate. Do I need the get there extra early
the secure a spot to set up an EasyUp?
Parking for the Truck/Trailer? Last time I was @ Wolf Cr. parking was
about 1/4 mile or so away from the brewery.
I had to drop all my bikes and stuff at the entrance and drive away leaving
it all piled up for several minutes.

The ride will start at the usual spot which is behind Coco's restaurant located at 10521 Sunland Blvd. in Sunland. Meet up at 9:00 and kick stands up at 10:00. We are going to Wrightwood and back.
We never know what attendance will be like but I'm thinking people are itching to get back to normalcy and having some fun so it could be a very large turnout!
I would get there early, pull in to unload and then go park. Your things will be safe as we will be watching everything closely. Parking situation is the same which is up the street in the large parking lot.

After unloading at Julian's house, getting parked at my house, it is 8:42 PM.
10 hours and 40 minutes truck time. 622 miles. 13.8 MPG.
I will be putting up some videos with lots more photos on my YouTube channel. When I have a few moments.
Here is a short noon smokeout video. Being a participant I was not able to walk around and make videos of the other folks making smoke.
I'm going to make a bunch of "episodes" of this event.

I've been fortunate to be involved with this show from early on, and I've seen a lot. I just want to say that this years show was a huge success because of the team I get to work closely with once a year. Patty, Marci, Max, Steve,Daytona John from Nor-cal(long drive every year!) and Mike get to work hard and stress a little bit and try and make sure everything is getting handled. We are grateful (and safer) to have a leader on our ride as knowledgeable as Mike! I'm honored to work with this great bunch of volunteers who love 2 Strokes a bit more than we should.
