Title: Frame straightening? Measuring in the home shop.
Post by: Liability on September 23, 2020, 08:46:21 PM
Reading some build threads got me thinking... When i bought my bike the tank had a big dent and the lower triple stop was bent. Fixed tank, new lower triple, but what about the frame being straight?

How would one go about measuring such a thing on an RD?

Get the headset perfectly vertical and then check that the pivot bolt is level. Easier said than done though.
