very neat build, but how the hell do you ride that thing

For the perforated pipe inside the silencer is one with many very small holes going to quieten the sound better than one with less bigger holes.
I cant seem to find any useful info online.

Can somebody give me a simple explanation of the difference between curve 1 and 3 on the attached

I am busy wiring in a banshee CDI to whats left of my RD350 harness.
In the wiring diagram it looks like the red/black wire from the CDI to the ignition switch just goes to ground when the key is on. Is that correct?

Also can I wire the black/white wire from the CDI straight to my RD kill switch or do I have to go through a relay like my vape system?

Did I mention that I dont like wiring.

Is there a different rear brake rotor option for a RD400?
Offset is not important as I do not plan on running a stock caliper setup

What did Yamaha use on the fork tubes and other aluminum parts like the brake plate on RD350's. Is it a clear anodizing or clear coat?

Ive been trying to strip paint off a plastic ignition side cover. The paint stripper I have chews right through plastic, so I used brake fluid. It looks like rattle can paint, but its taken almost 5 days to get stripped.
Spill a tiny drop on your paint by accident and it eats right through, but try use it as a stripper and it doesn't work as good. Go figure

Any recommendations for something a bit faster?

Not much info other than the car and motor went separate ways, and the motor ended up in a drag bike before apparently being taken apart and TZ stuff sold.
