Repairing Expansion Chambers and Baffles

Attached are pictures of a pair of pipes from a parts RD350 I picked up.  Looks like the previous owner liked riding over parking blocks.  Both are pretty flat on the bottom.  I'm guessing they were also crashed as the bike was crashed.  I'm planning on cutting the damaged parts out an repairing them by beating them back into shape over a piece of pipe.  Either that or just buying sheet metal and shaping it the same way.  Then welding the pieces back in.

I also need to repair the baffles as they are rusted and broken.  I can't find any markings on the pipes that tell me who the manufacturer was.  They appear chrome where the black paint is chipped off.  Anyone have an idea of who the manufacturer may have been?  If so I can try get get replacement baffles from them.  Or, does anyone know where I can buy the perforated tubing so I can rebuild the baffles?  The diameter is 2.5" where the baffles go, the perforated tubing is 1" in diameter.

Any big steel suppliers like metal supermarket will stock perf sheet, but you will have to roll it.
Search for LA Choppers Universal Exhaust Baffle. Amazon and and bike shops carry it in different diameters.

If you are going to be cutting and welding on them you could consider the DG mod and cut off the huge silencer portion, complete the rear cone, add a stinger and a separate silencer. Looks nicer and will make the DG's perform a bit better.

Mine were pretty beat when I got them so I replaced the last two sections and used Tyga shorty aluminum silencers.

Also, love the build.  I'd like to know more about it as it has given me a lot of ideas for the next build.  PM me if you're willing to share ideas.

Those are def DG pipes.

Many options to repairing the dents: Using heat and compressed air, hydro dent repair, cutting it up and hammering out the dents, welding a tab and pulling it out, or say "fuck it" and run the pipes anyways. 
Do not underestimate the power of a two-stroke.

LMAO, the last option was what I was going to do initially, then I heard the broken baffle rattling around.  All the other options came to mind also, it just seems that at this point cutting and hammering out the dents or replacing the sheet metal is the way ahead.  Pipes were basically free so using them to learn on won't hurt.

You can cut a '' door '' on the opposite side and hammer the dents out or make a new cone from a paper pattern and and get it rolled in a metal shop specializing in ventilation and heating ducts
