I actually built my original vapor blaster for under 200 dollars. I added many upgrades that it needed and now its much higher but you can totally build one for under a certain amount. It's been a great build, I do not use it nearly enough as I should but it's currently at my buddy's shop that is 50 mins away because he has a large compressor.

I actually designed my own nozzles with my 3D printer for it for better flow and penetration from the gun. My buddy is now printing them and selling them, Lmk if you want some.

That's good that the top end was fine. Was it an instant die or gradual? That can eliminate some possibilities. Hope you can find it

Are you still trying to work on that ignition issue on your RD400?

I would check some moped sites since many of them had 6v lighting system.

I had the a similar issue with ebay points that I purchased as well. I needed to use the old mounts instead of the entire assembly. Wished I just got them from a reputable site that sold parts that worked like economycycle. saving a buck does not always save a headache.

I would start off with 240~ and work down.

Pilot jet around 30~35

Air mixture: Try to be in the range of 1 1/4 to 1 1 3/4 turns out from flush up and down jet accordingly

QuoteOr use a clean cotton rag, and use the crank to pull it around. Just make sure you can pull it back out the same way it went in, if it gets stuck.

Check your clutch and generator side to see if anything is binding it.

Take off the top end to see if anything is binding. Inspect the top end, check if your circlips are still in your pistons. I had a mysterious circlip show wedge between my crank and case.

Good luck man. It would be unfortunate if it's the crank :(

Yikes! The oil pump not work or something? You were clearly getting some oil before (from your video). This is concerning...
