Look closely at the gear dogs and remember that RZ cases have a tach drive and banshee cases do not

You overestimate my woodworking abilities! I am planning to deploy the router and sink the wheel chock plates a little, however.

The answer is "plenty"...I think you and Scott both advocated for expanded metal, but I remember a trailer my brother had that was decked with expanded metal. After a couple of years, it sagged between the supports and I felt I'd have to add supports to go that route and be happy.
Of course, I read after committing to wood about composite decking (trex), which is supposed to be lighter and last forever. Oh, well. I suspect this trailer is larger than I need, so maybe I'll try this rehab thing again next year with lessons learned.

I spent the day working on the trailer in between showers. I had some fun with the tongue.

Mocking up boards, trying to get the spacing right. Looks like adding a couple of 2x8s will get me there, with 8mm spaces between boards.

Quote from: m in sc on April 25, 2024, 10:30:46 AMtrying to avoid the 2 screws to pull the needle? i mean, how many times you planning on pulling the needle? tims right, cables are different. to speed thing sup, while tuning, just run 1 screw till its dialed in, then when it sonde, put the 2nd screw in.  I do this w fuel bowls as well. 2 screws to tune, 4 for running.

This is the kind of thinking that I need to incorporate into myself. I was today years old...

Found these "tin" signs on the clearance shelf at Tractor Supply today. More garage art!
Don't worry, Dennis, I got one for you
