I have a mean unsocialized GSD too:

He's not mean, unsocialized or even a GSD. However I wouldn't want to find out if he thought I shouldn't be there. Don't care for mean dogs they're lousy companions and he's my best friend. Has been for 11 years.

I used Loctite 609 with 7471 primer. Clean well and be quick though.

However finding it is a relief. Persistence (and patience) pays off when chasing electrical gremlins. Nice find Mark.

I'm sure Officer Friendly is doing his/her best to limit contact with the general public. Cannot say that I blame them. My ride to work is on a mountainous interstate so it's not totally boring and everythingis greening up as the temps increase. Not so bad. I do need to move closer to the shop.

Rode the Harley about 900 miles last week. Don't get envious I have a 200 mile round trip commute.  :bang:

I had an Aprilia Rotax engine shipped to me from Oregon to West Virginia via Fastenal. Not the fastest way by any stretch of the imagination but cheap. Think it took a few weeks. They ship from one store to another via internal trucking. You just need patience and to pick it up from the store. It was crated as pictured. Cost me like $150 if memory serves me.

Well over 70K miles on a tuned RZ. My only transport for a couple years (two-up a lot) and never left me stranded nor without a shit eating grin. RZ by all means.

Thanks for posting that. It reminded me just how good John Kocinski was.

As the mileage climbs it's loosening up well. The suspension is far better than anything they've installed in the past. It was very harsh on the small stuff however that is changing. The engine is a great lump, very flexible and well suited to the job it was designed for. Very pleased with it so far.
