This bike was shared by a friend a few weeks back when he was looking for an RD. At that time it was $2500 and on FB.
Apparently it has been purchased by a very ignorant flipper. Because it's now listed for $6900 and called an "Enduro street legal dual-sport dirt bike"  
A $4400 price jump in 2 weeks and nothing done to the bike except for a location change of about 40mi. He even used some of the same photos from the other listing.
He's dreaming if he thinks he's going to get that much for a bike with no title and needing an engine rebuild! 
And it appears to be a '75 not a '74.

1974 Yamaha RD250 Enduro street legal dual-sport dirt bike made cafe racer. Also comes with all the original parts such as seat, handlebars, handle grips, exhaust, front binkers, chain guard, brake line, rear fender with license plate, turn signals, and original miles.. out of the DMV system, so no back fees. Bill of sale for you to go verify vin and receive title in your name. It needs new crank seals. Very well taken care of and preserved. You'll get compliments left and right when you have this bike with you. Carburators cleaned, new coils and points. New pistons and rings. New battery, DG exhaust installed.

When it drops to $2,500, might be worth thinking about.
Bet it still has no title and needs crank seals. Otherwise it
was a nice looking bike.
Put a 350 top end on it and have some fun.
