Title: '89 Yamaha TZR250 - Torrance CA
Post by: IR8D8R on July 01, 2020, 06:33:56 PM
Asking $4000 Will trade for a pre-'84 Harley or '69-'83 Kawasaki...

1989 Yamaha TZR250 3MA

Says it ran in 2018 in Japan but looks very crusty to me. I think it would need to totally come apart. Salvage RRR title.

Not my bike etc. But I like it!

Yup, looks crusty.

They are great bikes, but unforgiving of poor setup.

Chinese replacement plastics are cheap and plentiful on Ebay, but the tank would be difficult and expensive to replace.

Typical for JDM imports it looks a bit abused and probably stored outside for much of it's life.

Would be a great winter project for someone with lots of time on their hands.
