Someone already swapped in some 1A1 carbs and deleted the airbox 
Has the wrong spark plugs, ::) which sort of makes you wonder what else is wrong with it if something that straight forward is incorrect. Pipes look like they were in a flood. It's missing the oil tank which can be hard to find. And no oil supply line or oil feed lines to the carbs. Missing the cylinder dampers. Different caliper on the front with some strange looking custom adapter.

HA! That's my old project! Front caliper is period correct brembo twin pot--weighs about half the standard one---and my feelings are hurt! When I milled that hanger I thought it was a work of art!

It will never be stock--that was not the design brief----or the pile of parts i gave him.
