is the engine even bolted to the frame? i see a front bolt but not at the rear of the engine.

Near me too. I checked fees on the DMV site and it looks like it's out of the system since it's been off the road for so long, "Unable to determine registration fees due. No matching record." And yes, back fees can be a killer.

This would go nicely with my 750. They're both bump start!
The RD needs better wheels and brakes. I should start looking for a 400 spoked rear hub. Should be a fun project.
