Has anyone used the Toomey CDI box on thier RZ? Is it plug and play ? Does it have a wire for an electronic tach ?....thanks

I have 2 of them , the tank panels are white with red pin striping. I believe the chrome tank panels were for the low pipe version

Does it come out easy ? , or does it put up a fight ?

I want to use a banjo bolt on my front caliper. How do you remove the fitting which is already in the caliper that accepts the hard brake line ??

Does anyone have or know where I can find a "minimal" wiring harness for my RD400? . I want lights etc , but no horn , turn signals , gauge lights etc. There used to be a company who would make them to oder , but I can't remember thier name

The RD350N , didn't have a fairing , the gauges are correct

Does an RD400 motor fit in an R5 frame ?.I am think about the RD400 rubber mounts

Also now , VT does not accept your bill of sale. So if you are applying even for just a frame they take a percentage of the KBB book for a "fair" condition RD. KBB values are off the charts. i just had my application returned , along with a copy of the KBB values

Is it possible to powder  coat expansion chambers ? , or do the header pipes get too hot ?

it seems the "easiest" would be to try one of the new reproduction aluminum calipers. I am not looking for mega braking powere , just want it to work good. my original iron caliper is binding , so rathere than mess around with it , I want to try something different

I want to keep the RD disc as I already had it thinned and drilled by joe spooner.

Has anyone fitted a modern caliper , but kept the stock RD250/350 disc. Any brackets out there ?
