RD400 disk nut torque

Please tell me that the manual is wrong. It gives in-lb and cm-kg values for these nuts. Thinking it should be ~15 ft-lbs by their size and application.

It's foot lbs.

Thanks. That's how I set them. Had them off to get the paint blasted off of the rims. Of course, will be bending the retainer tabs down.
