Hi All,
May I know what are the causes of gas in the Crank Case. Also going to the Exhaust if you kick too many times.
Does too much packing in the DG Pipes does this.

leaky petcock and /or needle and seats. and/or forgetting to turn fuel off. exhaust pipes have zero to do with it.

Thanks Mark, To reduce the noise I did some extra packing in my DG, was wondering if that can have any effect. Petcock may be the culprit.
Needle and seats I will check it, but if that is the case the overflow will be shown from the Carburetor. Am I correct.

The cure is fix the source and kick it over about five times every time you go past it.

Extra packing or too tight packing in the silencers can sometimes make it even louder.

Can you start the bike or is it flooding the plugs?

The bike was harder to start as days passing. Finally removed the cylinder and saw a lot of gas in the crank, also in the pipes. Carburetor overflow was not there, but I could smell the gas all the time. Remember the petcock was in open position for 2 days.
