You can get some high rise clip ons if you want that style of bar.

Probably "superbike" low bars for a traditional mounting with "drag" bars being a little lower.

Clubman's would be another choice but I think they are as low as regular clip ons.

I used XS tubes on my forks which were 2" longer than RD. This stuck them out the top of the triple clamps and let me run traditional clips on the tops side of the triple clamps so they weren't so low.

Just putting this out there again, if anyone is wanting to do the design work for a set of chambers, I will offer the fab/weld work to get them done in exchange.

Come on Mark, you know you want to do a limited edition run of 2stroke world expansion chambers.

the bigger issue is the 400 flanges have a wider bolt pattern but you can slot the flanges to accommodate the 400 .

The JL manifolds I got were already slotted for either 350 or 400 bolt pattern.

I'm no expert on swingarms but none of the DG arms I've seen had an "I" beam style of tube.  They were all "flat" or a standard box tube like the bottom arm. The gussets on the inside of the bottom one look weird though for DG.

That is what I started with for my bike and pwk28s,  I can't remember, I'm still probably at that or close.

Rd350, stage 1 porting and heads cut, premix, JL pipes.

Was this a true 125cc with both cylinders or twin 125 cylinders making it a 250?

Anyone on here that does CAD/Solidworks want to work on something together?

I am looking to trade what files I have for these for some touch ups on them.

I am also looking for someone (maybe 2) that wants to do a custom set of pipes. I'll bring the fab and welding.  PM if anyone is interested. 

hell yeah. looks great. where did the cone design come from/get calculated?  the fab looks fantastic. love the hanger bolt method.

I wonder why the diffuser cone is made from 2 sections?................................................... Just limitations with regards to roller width, or am I missing something here?

Pretty much this.  I made that 2 pieces, the original files were 1 piece.  My small roller is only 12" wide.  I have a bigger 30" wide one I probably could have got it done on but I figured welding the joint was easier than messing with the full length cone.

i didn't get my 1st bike till i was 20, and it was a horrid rusted out 81 cb750. 

I was about the same.  18 or 19 and it was a 1986 250 ninja. 

It's chappy red for sure.  Which year/model are you looking to paint or copy?

Thanks for the replies.  Anyone know how wide the stripe on the tank/tail is?  I think I remember reading 10cm at some point but I am not positive.
