picked this one up about 1 year ago, was sitting in somebodys dirty garage, budyd of mine scouted it for me and snagged it. It got dubbed the mini banana. lol.

i did do a repaint of the tank and sidecovers and replace the decals (from diablo cycles, yes they had them)

it is an absolute hoot. I ported it a tiny bit and will hit 60 in it, book rates it at 54mph max speed. even have chambers but they actually hurt the top end but helped the mid.  :umm: either way, its a lot of fun. and.. it actually doesnt do too bad 2 up. (i tested it with the -tiny- GF, we actually hit 50mph on it, to my surprise)

tiniest carbs.. vm16s
(heres one next to a t500 vm32)

as i got it:

thanks, Danny did a hell of a job on that frame.

I used a trail tech endurance. some of the models can be powered by AC voltage, or DC. I needed that because all the power on that bike is AC, because, wiring and junk is heavy.  its really good, and it automatically backlights when the bike runs.

i was actually talking about this 2 nights ago. I will probably go with an aluminum stem and a billet lower tree eventually, but im keeping the stock forks, they work very well with the setup and emulators in them. I mean, im over 100 lbs lighter as it is.  if i can hit in the high 220s/low 230s i'd be blown away. (im in the 238 ish range i think, maybe less with fuel) after the axles i'm going to weigh it on a certified scale.

Christmas day ride, 2018.  Man this thing runs sweet. (chucks porting does wonders  :righteous: )

was testing out the V Force reeds and making sure the 3-d printed tailight held up. white sip ties were until epoxy dried holding led strip in.

as much as I dont trust newtronics.... he's stating that it runs on the choke and then immediately drops the cyl when he takes it off, so my guess is float level. the newtronics just hasn't broken , yet.  usually, in my experience, they start going in a different way, when warmed up & under load.

in my experience... as long as with fuel you are about 8-10mm belw the gasket surface with fuel when its full, you should be good. how to do this? i fill the carb right side up with bowl screws out, but holding the bowl on, then just lower the bowl a bit so you can peek in.

this is also a handy reference.  http://www.allensperformance.co.uk/carb-kit/carburettor-float-height-chart/
