In the Moto 3 race something happened that I don't remember ever seeing before. A racer trying to take somebody else's bike.

Before and after. The thing still puts a big smile on his face. Have fun with yours.

Restored this 78 for my son. He rode it into the ground when he was a kid and it then spent 15 years hidden in a corner of my garage.

Here's a pic of them on the bike when I got it.

Anybody want to guess who made these? They came off a 1975 RD350 and they have been on the bike since the late 70's.

I think this is the last part for the RD build. Should be here by the end of March.

Well I just couldn't resist these for the RD.

The RD 350 I'm restoring came with Racer One expansion chambers and a front fender from Dick's Cycle West! Nice to see someone remembers them.

Thought the two stroke crowd would appreciate the side cover graphics on the RD.
 

Going to have Charlie Smith of triplecranks.com do it. Had him do the crank for the RD and I was more than happy with it. The RD was converted to a 350 years ago by the guy I got from.

The Kawi had a real ugly looking crank. Took a while just to get the cylinders off without damaging them and this was what awaited me when I split the cases.

Got a couple of two strokes in the garage. 1975 Yamaha Rd250/350 and a 1972 Kawasaki H1 500. Just about finished the RD and the Kaw is completely torn down awaiting it's turn.
