It's a '78 but silver painted all over including the fender and chain guard.

It looks odd without the black wheels that should be on a '78. The grab bar on a 400E should be black not chrome. Also it appears they painted the headlight ears silver, in addition to both fenders and chain guard. But at $3.5K obo, all that could be fixed
