Spec 2 Opinions

So I'm trying build a psycho R5. I bought Economan's stg2 RD350 Supertune top end. Now I'm trying to decide on pipes. I kinda like the looks of the "street" style Spec2s but from all reports the external stinger style pipes seem to have more performance.

How much would the street Spec2s hold me back on a psycho RD?

they wont. great pipes. talk to chuck about stinger dia size thoughts for his top ends.

Go with spec 2's...Dyno proven.
Only about 3-4 HP between Classics and F1's.
Make sure you use the proper order method, do as soon as you can as Gary is about 8-10 weeks out (made to order) and I'm always worried about him retiring soon!

Get them while you can...
I'm thinking to order a few sets and just sit on them.
His pipes work really well. Yeah JL's look trick but are not as good for street pipes, JL's design is too track friendly. Not enough torque friendly for street bikes.

Yeah I've spent a few hours talking to Gary. Great guy but a typical savant. Just a bit off center socially. Says exactly what he means and many cannot understand it.
