Aluminum swingarms come up from time to time; we all seem to want them, but they're hard to find and/or $$$. Jim recently posted a link to a site in Japan auctioning a ZRX400 arm that was relatively cheap, aluminum and designed for twin shocks. I've looked for years at and for Zephyr 550 arms.
I'm thinking of RDs, but information for any twin-shock bike is of interest.
Besides the DG, Calfab and custom-made beauties, what else is out there in the OEM world that people have used? What did it take to make it fit?

Getting a shopping list together, mostly bearings, seals, gaskets. Looks like LC bottom end/transmission bearings are the same as RZ, and all are available from Partzilla/boats.net. Might see if I can still get a little break from the Yamaha shop where I used to work, otherwise is there another source for OEM Yamaha or equivalent bearings that is recommended?
. And 'kin 'ell, what a carburetor to get out! 
been slowly rehabbing an old motor home for a couple of years now: brakes, tires, batteries, toilet, floor repair, fuel pump, new fluids and tune-up. I was going to drive it to work Monday to fill the propane tank, but it wouldn't start, just cranked and cranked.
