Rd400 reeds and intake manifold

Hi guys
So just sorting out the parts, Awaiting frame from powder.
So, I noticed these 'ears' on the new manifolds i got. 28/30 carbs i got Them fore.

What and how do this work with stock intake reeds?  Do I get other ones or saw/cut those ears off?

Those are probably Banshee intakes, just cut the ears off carefully.

might be blaster? haven't seen any with ears all the way around the mouth before.  usually just left and right

yeah just the lighting. does appear to be banshee or similar. trim em off carefully.
