Wow that's amazing!  My dogs have never reacted like that when they were neutered or spayed.

I found a stray lab and decided Id keep her if no one came looking for her. I took her to the vets for a check over to make sure she was healthy... 3 days later I pick her up and see a bandage on her belly. I pointed at it and said "what's that for?" and the girl told me she was pregnant so the aborted the puppies. I was so angry that they never thought to call me and ask that I stood there for 30 seconds boiling over trying to calm myself. Has I been called and asked about it I would have agreed... no need for more dogs when so many dont have good homes. I feel they should have called me and asked what I wanted done because they knew Id be coming back for her.
