Now when you say rechromed, did you get the inside of it chromed as well? Or at least remove the rust and do something to keep any future corrosion at bay? Mine of course being what it is original shape has a nice layer of orange rusty crustiness all up inside.

On that note it's getting difficult to find RD400 front fenders in good conditon.

Yea, he coated the inside with zinc after blasting. but he recommended I coat it with Rustoleum on all the bracket locations. Just brush it on thick. Will help keep any crap from getting between the pieces.

I plan on putting Gator Guard on the inside surface of mine.
