Both my RD's have the superbike style bars on them, but they are just too low for my back anymore. Is there a size/style that maybe is between the stock height (5.5" rise?) and the superbike style that would be a good fit? Appreciate any input!

Never seen a vertical head on one of those P&W's, that's really neat.

Nice score on the BP. The generic glass scales from the usual sites are actually quite good and the price is great.

Some common things that can cause this symptom:
1.  Pilot circuit partially clogged
2.  Carbs not synced properly
3.  Battery weak (or beginning to fail)

All of these can cause a slight misfire  :twocents:

+1 If the carbs have not been cleaned recently I would pull them and clean. You will probably find a pilot that is starting to clog.

I don't know how different it is from the 350 tach, but I've done those a few times. Just carefully pry up the ring with a thin blade or piece of metal. I think it would be hard to make it look perfect afterwards, but maybe.

I quite like it, if it's actually sub 220lbs I bet it's a riot!

Oh man that looks really cool, wide bars are where its at. I just got an 07 gen 1 vmax and it does have the same kind of look.

Wow that looks so cool! Yeah in MI we have to wait it out for the long haul haha. Will the motor get paint?

Cool to see a modern review on the RZ. The reviewer is Zack Courts who has done tons and tons of motorcycle reviews.

Converted the front tire to a slick, nice! It's too bad they made that bike look so bad, plus side is they are super cheap now I guess  ;D

I posted this thing a few years ago on the old forum, still the same seller.  If I had a pole barn I could waste some space and time on this death trap, fortunately I do not.

As a former and kind of current cyclist who built a weight weenie bike, I can say yes some cyclists are obsessed with every tenth of a gram.  The difference between riding a 28lb mountain bike and an 18lb one is tremendous (if they are equally capable).  Personally i would just get some CF tube and machine a pad and mounting hinge and epoxy them into the tube.  If you are more capable with CF than go for it, I see no reason why it would not work if designed properly.  My CF mountain bike frame, even with the rigid CF fork, has taken massive hits before.  And its just a cheapie China bulk frame.
