Do any of you put threadlocker on any fasteners under the clutch cover? Pressure plate screws, primary nut, clutch boss nut?

just the primary nut, clutch nut, and the countersunk m6's that hold the plates in under the clutch.

Torque value for the pressure plate screws? Is that a 6mm bolt? I measured just under 5mm.  7ft\lbs or 85in\lbs?

i just tighten them till they seat then go maybe 1/16th of a turn. its an m5 but has a spring under it so not much. thats for sure.

242 is the most common for medium strength Loctite brand thread locker.

You should be using 243 for under the cover, medium strength just like the 242 but the 243 has improved oil tolerance.

Duly noted.  I'll check the label of what I used, but it's all sealed up and ready to add fluid after the sealant cures.  Hopefully it'll hold, whatever it is.
