Hi guys. So i also have spec 2 classic pipes and a. Rear set from hvccycle
They are mounted direct to the stock footpeg hangers? Just before the passenger pegs,
Just the bolt with a shim? On each side and a nylock. Everything bolted tight.

I need some sort of rubber in Between?
Its just that the fitmenr of the pipe kind of sucks, so one side the pipe is sitting nice and high, can hang on the mounting point and boltet.
The other side however the pipe needs to be liftet in the mounting point as much as the hole allows, so they sit parallel to each other and looks right from behind, if this makes sense  my english is getting bad ( practice)

I need to dobbel check that wire tomlrrow

 
Hmm.. As I recall the Black wire from the rectifier was a single wire with No connections on, 🤷‍♂️
So where on the stator does that go?

Yeah so not sure what has happened, tried to be carefull with wires and did lot follow the installation 100 procent from Chuck. Just as referance.

Ehm, i just found a wire that went live when ignition is on, and connected that to the Black wire going from the rectifier.
Just for getting the bike running. But somehow, no matter if that Black wire is on or not, ignition also off, it buzzes when i connect that red wire to plus.
I need to investigate under the engine cover..

Yeah well i believe i did 😅🤷‍♂️ thats why i dont quite get the issue

When applying the red wire to plus Its actually starting to spool up in the engine casing it sounds oike, from the ignition / rotor🤷‍♂️

So iam gonna attack the dreaded wiring. I have it up and running and basically only need wiring done.
So gonna remove tank and get started, but one question in particular

Ive tried to use the instruktion Chuck made in his thread Which is awsome, but the red wire that goes from the rectifier in this ignition kit, when i mount that on plus(positive) on battery it start
To almost spool up in the rectifier and if buzzes in the entire frame. 🤷‍♂️
Not sure what i have connected wrong here but Any tips, help is appreciated :)

This thing just wont bleed out. Tried the zip tiez No difference

Hi guys
So, this damn caliper ( front for now) is giving me a really Hard time.
Setup :

Brembo master with braided line for single disc
Refurb calipers wirh new ss pistons and fresh rubber.
I just Cant get it to garden up on the master. I can always squeese it in to the handlebar
Allthough the brakes are biting somewhat to the disc, Its crap.

What do I do from here?

I have already taken the caliper apart, Nothing seems to be of Any issue.
Also tried to check if the membran in the master is working, it squirts fluid up when i pump but it just never gets better.

Help

And yes ive tried with vacuum and bleeding from cylinder to master as well, no luck

So hopefully i can make sense of this

I got the silver rd up and running.
Its brand new rebuild engine and k/n filter y boot,  spec 2 pipes and main jet 210.

So just did a test wire hook up to get it running, and if i understood Chucks guide correctly, the red wire of the regulater/ rectifier goes to + positive on the battery?

Its just did that today and a humming from it just sounded constantly so removed it offcourse.
Also the Black wire going from the relay ( that comes with the vape kit) i just connectee with a Brown wire from the ignition ( one in a connecter on the wiring harness) not sure if this is right but turns on when i turn the key

Well i have gone a 5 ah gel battery for the silver rd

My custom rd has a 4 cell antigravity and Will stay that way because it has a custom holder for that exsact battery 😅😉

Ive changed the slide on the right carb so now its cutout faces air filter.
The left side carb was correct
It still has problems

Maybe tomorrow i Will varify they have correct floating bowls
