Expansion chambers for Yamaha RD350 or Yamaha RD400

I have a generic question about expansion chambers.  Will chambers originally fitted for a RD350 fit an RD400 and vica versa?

rear mounting and flange holes are different, but they can be made to work without much effort. (except daytona, they are more different)
