Title: a good paint stripper?
Post by: rd400canuck on November 06, 2019, 08:10:21 PM
Hey guys,

Bought a can of paint stripper from Canadian Tire to take off the black paint from the engine cases. I want to polish them to near chrome look... love that.

I might as well have put water on the test portion... literally nothing happened after an hour of it sitting there.

Anyone got advice on something I can score off of Amazon.ca that will go the trick?

I also want to remove the bronze coloured paint that is on my front rim to get it to bare aluminum look.

Brake fluid always seems to take paint off when I don't need it to:) Maybe try Klean-Strip or Jasco....
