When I first saw that pic figured that was the story.
Fortunately it doesn't rain very often in Sacramento.
Plenty of black widow spiders in there though I'm sure.
That could be why he left the tarp on.

Well, it bothers me that so many cool (to me) bikes are languishing under a tarp instead of being ridden. If the totes are full of goodies and not junk then they, too, should be put to use. These are not significant cultural museum pieces, they're motorcycles and bring more joy when ridden than when hidden under wraps. :rant-1:
