Title: 1st Car Show
Post by: Milan on July 30, 2021, 02:13:26 PM
Went to my first car show last weekend.
brought & entered the Bike.

Went home with a Trophy.
Did not expect that.

Then Sunday took the daughter to  Peggy's Coral in Palmetto
https://www.peggyscorral.net/ (https://www.peggyscorral.net/)

Many Harley's & Cruisers

Could not walk away from the bike to even get a beer.
So many onlookers wanting to talk.

I was there and a car was parking, when it backed up something broke & fluid started leaking out.
A lady in heels got out and opened up the hood, and started looking.

What do you know, suddenly she had a bunch of helpers.

Ya.
Thats my RV.

Ford E250 Class B Camper.
Not converted tho, original.

Got it to take my daughter to Travel Softball .
She then quit.

So now i have another use for it.
Got one of those Kendon stand up trailers
& can take the bike to shows.

I should enter it, its 25 years old.

Not at all surprised you left with a trophy seeing the pic of your bike. Nice.

Congrats! Careful, though - it can get addicting. You get to know the people at the shows and find your community has grown. In 2019 we showed my cafe-style GL1000. This year we have shown the RD400c.
