    Thanks

Weather has not been cooperating much, so I don't have much time on the motor yet....274km at the moment.
But it seems to be running pretty good at my initial setting on th carbs....plugs look great....
Bodywork comes off next week to go over every nut and bolt to recheck torque, and look for any leaks or issues.
Then a quick clean up for a couple of shows and fun in the sun.

Plan to go to Mid Ohio and Barber vintage festivals this year  :vroom:

If you need the procedure I have it in PDF, sent it out to over 40 RD / RZ 500 owners.

JT here RDsOnly Tag name HWY9rd350B have had 3 stock  RZ500's Still own a Race 500.
Stock is nice a little prep they go a lot better.
Zeeltronics [Borat] and I talked I came up with a process for adding the PV/CDI best bang for your buck. Now in their archives have to ask for it.

Nice ride I have seen that bike on the 500 forum before... Nice bike $ well spent.

  Thanks

Zeel has been hooked up and runs like it should.
Used some reproduction plugs to wire it up easy, and still able to plug in the original boxes when I decide to put it back to 100% original some day.
Running stock maps at the moment, but hope to get it dialed in better on the dyno.
Have not found any real proven maps anywhere for the RZV, although I found plenty of maps when I put a Zeel in my RGV VJ23.
In the process now of pulling pipes off to seal them up better, retorque the heads and so on, new plugs, pull carbs and check float bowls for any contamination, and just a good going over to make sure it stays together.

Then some hard running dyno time..... :whoop:
