I believe the RZ model name was used primarily in Japan, and later AUS/NZ, South Africa, Canada, and the US. A Brazilian model would be RD350.

The only 350R's with the twin headlights that I've ever seen mentioned were in Brazil, or imported from there. Always thought that they were made in Brazil after the rest of the world stopped getting them.
